- Halibut with Herb Sauce
- (Halibut con Salsa alle Erbe)

- Ingredients:

6 tbs fresh lemon juice
6 tbs extra virgin olive oil
3 tbs chopped fresh basil
3 tbs chopped fresh chives
3 tbs chopped fresh parsley
Six 6-ounce halibut fillets
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
Directions:
Puree first 5 ingredients in processor.
Season sauce to taste with salt and pepper.
Preheat broiler.
Brush fish with 2 tablespoons olive oil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Broil until just opaque in center, about 5 minutes per side.
Transfer fish to plates.
