The almonds baked in your
cookies are picked from our own almond trees. They are exclusively grown
and harvested for our bakery. Selected almonds are cracked open, cleaned and peeled.
The finely chopped almonds are
mixed with flour, sugar and the freshest farm eggs that we also grow. Your cookies contain no additives, artificial colors, flavors, nor preservatives.
The almond dough is
being cut, shaped and molded into the many different artistic designs.
It is closely following an old world Sicilian recipe that has been
passed down from generation to generation.
