- Pork Chops in Gorgonzola
- (Braciole al Gorgonzola)

- Ingredients:
-
1 oz (25 grams) butter
4 spare-rib chops
5 tablespoons dry white wine
3 and 1/2 oz (100 grams) mild Gorgonzola cheese
Salt
Directions:
Melt the butter in a frying pan, add the chops and cook over a high heat for 6 minutes on each side.
Transfer to a warm serving dish.
Leave the frying pan to cool, then pour in the wine and heat gently until half has evaporated, then crumble in the cheese and cook over a low heat until melted.
Season to taste with salt and pour the sauce over the meat. Serves 4.
