- Ingredients:

- 10.5 oz peeled and finely
chopped almonds
- 10.5 oz sugar
- 1.5 oz powdered cocoa
(bitter or sweet)
- 10 tablespoons maraschino liquor

- Directions:

- Combine almonds, sugar and liquor.

- Form little balls and roll them in the
powdered cocoa.

- Do not bake! These "dolcini" have a long
conservation.
