- Caprese Salad with Buffalo Milk Mozzarella

- Ingredients:

- 11 oz (300 grams) buffalo milk mozzarella cheese
3-4 tomatoes, peeled, seeded and sliced
10 fresh basil leaves
Extra virgin olive oil, for drizzling
Salt

- Directions:
-
- Drain the mozzarella and cut into 1/8 inch (3 mm) thick slices.
Arrange the mozzarella and tomato slices alternately in rings on a serving dish.
Sprinkle with the basil leaves.
Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt.
Keep in a cool place until it's ready to serve. Serves 4.
