- Asparagus Parmigiano
- (Asparagi Alla Parmigiana)

- Ingredients:

- 2 and 1/4 lbs (1 kg) asparagus, spears trimmed
3 oz (80 grams) Parmigiano cheese, freshly grated
1 oz (25 grams) butter
Salt

- Directions:
-
- Cook the asparagus in salted, boiling water for 15 minutes.
Drain and pat dry gently.
Arrange on a warm serving dish with the tips pointing inwards.
Sprinkle with the Parmigiano cheese.
Melt the butter.
Season with a little salt and pour directly onto the asparagus.
Serve immediately. Serves 4.
